Arthur Meadows died in pretty stereotypical fashion and even more stereotypically, woke up in a new one. After living a live full of adventure, combat, and strife, he surprisingly lived to old age and died in his sleep. Only to wake up back in his old body in a long abandoned hospital in the middle of a city he doesn''''t recognize. Now he has to start from the bottom in a world he no longer recognizes. Partly because of his life in the other world, but mostly because of all the monsters.
