Ambrose is good at many things, he can even do a bit of magic, but in the city of Bramptonburg you need to be better than good at your chosen profession. Growing up an orphan of the revolutionary war, he now lives on the streets, relying on the cities charity to survive. Until one day when foraging in the ancient forest that surrounds the city, he makes a strange discovery. As the forest is protected by laws of both man and magic, the sight of a rabbit in a strangely designed trap and his decision to help it, will lead him to being one of the only known mortal beings to be granted a section of the forest as his own. How will he best make use of this gift, and how will he explain it to those who come across his land?
