Stage three.

When I went out, I was met with a strange scene, Yuin and Nillia were armed and strangely surrounding an injured person, I don't know why they were so close to my house but I was about to find out.

"Uh, hey what's going on here?." I asked confused by the entire situation.

Nillia turned to me and smiled. "Sal, I thought you were asleep, I didn't really see you active today."

I didn't answer, I stared at her staff, observing it. There was something off about it, something that seemed...Abnormal.

And not only that, I feel there was something strange about everything.

How the air felt, how the sound was slightly off, how my vision was slightly blurry and the sulfuric smell that was pungent. My senses were telling me to scream.

I then moved my eyes towards the strange figure ready to fight. There was a pungent smell of blood on her, it smelled like nothing but there is a strange fragrance to it.

  It almost felt....addicting.

Unknowingly, my uncompleted beast Core absorbed more ignited blood and Bioelectricity.

The figure tilted its head slightly. "...What are you?."

I curiously observed my surroundings, I could somehow sense something around me, something slightly going through me.

I followed the direction and then stared up at the tower. No I stared up at that sickly spiral that was goinhigher into the sky with each second, green lightning slithered through the normal looking skies.

"A storm is coming." I muttered almost unconsciously as a sense deep within me realized that this thing was not meant to be made.

The figure scoffed at me for ignoring it's question and then next moment snapped it's fingers. "Tsk, how bothersome, I do not need some Taboo users annoying me, no problem."

The figure then pulled down her mask, crimson eyes and pale skin, her hair was a flourishing silver and her aura was bloodthirsty and filled with intense amounts of blood.

The space beside her vibrated and a needle appeared floating there. "Goodbye disgusting Taboo users, I cannot defeat these two but I can destroy everything here?!!! 【Blood Calamity】"

The needle glowed then it floated upwards and pierced through the sky.

The moment the needle pierced the heavens, everything changed.

The sickly spiral in the sky howled as if the very world itself was shrieking in agony.

Green lightning cracked with furious violence, striking the earth at random points, splitting stone and tearing through metal like paper.

Nillia cursed under her breath in an ancient tongue, her normally composed face twisted in alarm.

Yuin raised his talisman and activated it, it did something but I did not know what it is.

I stood frozen for a second — just one heartbeat — but it felt like eternity.

The blood inside me roared. Sang, startled awake, thrashed wildly in my veins, sending a painful jolt through my body.

The worm's emotions flooded my mind in broken fragments.

  But that ended soon.

I calmed down my rampaging emotion, I calmed down Sang. Unknown to me, my eyes started to turn red and my gold hair was slightly darkening into a copper.

Stage 2 of Blood burning, creating ten blood banks in the body using any blood, it doesn't matter If it's human,God or other beings.

Blood pured from the skies and rained down on me, bit it did not affect me, my body consumed the blood as nine blood banks began forming near my hearts and I could feel them filling up as my body tenses.

Stage three of Blood burning has now began.

  Body reconstruction.

  .....

The skies above the town was chaotic as streaks of dark green lightning constantly struck the spire.

But soon that lightning ceased and a Spiral cloud began forming and expanding above the sky as crimson lighting skimmed through it like a gathering of a thousand serpents.

Someone was going against natural order and the rules that were etched from the creation of the world.

A world tribulation was going on to determine the life or death of an existence whether it would be accepted as a Taboo or a new race.

Above the spiral lightning, clear white clouds gathered much larger and golden lightning began to strike the ground.

The ground trembled as the golden bolts cleaved through reality itself, carving scars of molten earth across the town's outskirts. The golden lightning wasn't wild like the green or crimson storms — it was judgmental, as if something ancient was peering through the heavens, measuring everything with cold indifference.

  World Tribulation.

Those two words echoed in my mind, almost instinctively. Somewhere deep inside the newly forming blood banks, in the Beast Core quietly thrumming, I understood it.

  This was no ordinary disaster.

It was a weighing of fate.

I staggered forward unconsciously, the blood raining from the heavens feeding the core of my existence, the copper strands in my hair deepening further with every heartbeat. My muscles stretched, bones ached and groaned. I felt every tendon, every nerve twist and evolve as the Body Reconstruction went into full bloom.

Sang hissed from within my veins, her presence strengthening—becoming less a parasite and more a symbiote.

And then a single golden lightning fused with a single crimson one fusing I to one radiant spear aimed straight at me.

I felt a new organ forming in my body it felt like new veins being filled with a strange energy.

Mana. Artificial Mana veins were beginning to form in my body.

The golden-crimson spear descended like a verdict from heaven itself.

I didn't have time to think, didn't have time to move. Instinct, raw and primal, seized me — not fear, not rage, but a wild acceptance. The blood within me, the Beast Core, the ten forming blood banks, Sang’s pulsing will — all of it howled as one.

The moment the spear struck me, my body was torn apart.

And yet — I did not die.

  ---

  It was agony beyond description.

Veins burning. Bones liquefying and reforming.

But deeper than that, something... higher, something older than me was being forged.

The artificial mana veins stretched through my body like fractal vines, intertwining with the blood banks. Instead of pure mana, they drew in a hybrid force—bioelectricity fused with the world’s natural mana, something volatile, something uniquely mine.

My senses exploded outward — I could hear the heartbeat of the earth, the wailing of the dying storm, the trembling of the injured world itself.

And the blood that was flowing from the sky froze as a I muttered one word.

  "Blood Ignition."

  A crimson flame consumed everything.

  And then darkness.
