"This way Mr. Bryan." Francesca smiled and waited for the two security guards to scan Bryan's body after he crossed the metal detector gate then gestured for him to follow her once his two bodyguards handed their firearms and also got cleared to enter the building.
"Looking beautiful as always Francesca, excited for what's to come?" He said while walking next to her and made sure that only she could hear him.
Indeed Francesca was unlike the rest of his women, she didn't blush or give any obvious feminine reactions once a male she's interested in tried to woo her.
Only a faint smile at the corner of her mouth when she looked at him before it quickly disappeared when Francesca gave him a nod.

Bryan gave the man a single look which carried apathy then complemented it with an indifferent nod before pulling a chair for Francesca to sit on his right then once she took her seat while having another shadow of a smile at the corner of her mouth he took his seat facing Governor Evan on the opposite head of the long table.
"Governor," Francesca immediately opened her mouth which distracted the group of men and women who stared wide eyes in shock at Bryan or even gred at him for showing complete disregard for their superior, "The contracts are ready, the terms are all set and agreed upon by both sides... Also the price of that piece of property was finalized and calcuted to the exact amount according to market price before our economy took a bad hit because my client, Mr. Bryan, would never take advantage of his country when its people are experiencing difficult times." These words from this cssy beauty immediately caused every single man and woman in the room to immediately look once again towards Bryan and give him much softer looks which carried deep meanings of appreciation.
Governor Evan nodded and smiled such a greasy and face smile which caused his eyes to squint, "Of course Mr. Bryan just need to sign the papers and wire the money to complete the transaction with the state but, the final paper of the contract include a non-disclosure agreement which both sides need to sign and the only term is clear enough... Without Mr. Bryan providing the right information then the state has full right to retake the property and 15% of the price paid in this agreement." After saying that this fat and short man looked from Francesca to Bryan before adding : "The school, hospital, and the highway linking the city to the northern state is also mandatory in both cases." But much to Evan's disappointment his words failed to draw any expressions or reactions from Bryan who kept the same detached look on his face while his pair of impassive and dispassionate eyes made the fatty lose more than half his spiritedness.
Francesca once again revised the contracts on the file in front of her but she was actually just enjoying the moment of straining the Governor's nerves since she already know about everything that's included and had notified Bryan about the NDA paper when he was still on his way, after a couple minutes she leaned to whisper in Bryan's ears : "What are my chances with your dies?"

Francesca turned to look at the file on the table then flipped the papers to look as if checking something which she might've missed.
"Is there something missing in the file Ms. Francesca?" A man sitting next to Governor Evan asked once the fatty gestured to him with his chin.
"One second." Francesca didn't even raise her head to look and gestured for him to shut up with a single raise of her finger which almost caused Bryan to ugh from amusement, afterwards she leaned to whisper in Bryan's ear : "How much are you going to respect me then?"
"In public you'd be respected like an empress but in private it'd be the complete opposite, I'll tear down that outer yer which makes you look so honorable and untouchable... Then I'll have fun pushing the true you down and always down." Bryan whispered before leaning back on his seat and nodding as if he agree and doesn't have any problem accepting what Francesca just told him.
Francesca's eyes shined with a dangerously alluring glow after hearing Bryan then turned to look at the Governor and opened her mouth to say : "Mr. Bryan agree but I'm adding a cuse to the NDA to ensure that no foul-py is allowed in this transaction."
Governor Evan seemed like someone just grabbed him by the throat once he heard that, he gave the man who just tried to ask Francesca earlier a quick gnce before opening his mouth to say : "What kind of cuse would that be Ms. Francesca?"

There would be no stopping both sides from revealing the contents of this NDA in that pce." Knowing that he can't ask for the NDA to be removed from the file otherwise his own people would despise him for trying to stab someone who's so generous and trying to help the people living in this part of the country stand back on their feet after suffering an unexpected earthquake, which is why Evan agreed with an ugly smile on his face then waited for a few minutes while the legal representative of the state and Francesca made updated copies of the NDA then returned.
After signing the papers Bryan sighed inwardly before asking Francesca to do the filming part which was something she's more than willing to do in this situation.
"Mr. Bryan. I believe it's time for you to provide us with your end of the deal by wiring the money to the state and providing the information." The state's legal representative said anxiously.
Bryan nodded then went through all the steps of confirming that he's the one owning this bank account with the bank since he's actually transferring one-hundred and eighty millions to the state treasury.
The state's legal representative's eyes brightened once he received a message confirming the transfer then nodded eagerly with a wide smile towards Governor Evan whose expression beamed with another greasy smile which exposed almost all his teeth!

Bryan talked for the first time after spending so long in the room being silent, but what he said caused the fatty to squint his eyes after sensing that whatever this young man is going to say next is a lot more sensitive than he expected.

"Start filming Francesca," Bryan said then gestured for Jeffrey to take a seat before looking looking towards Evan, "The Silica mine was a terrible idea and we can all agree on that, the only reason this sand is in that location is the result of a seasonal coincidence which kept happening for god knows how long now... But the expression of admiration and fascination on her face was bordering being obsessed, thankfully for her Jessica was more interested in watching the ugly expression on this Governor's face because she always hated shady politicians... Not to mention that this shorty actually tried to fuck her employer earlier by including some NDA with unfair terms.
