Kael was dumbfounded. He had seen his master lose composure sometimes, but this time was different. He was scared.
He appeared in a flash in front of Kael and started asking questions. "How did the reunion go? What did you say? What happened?"
Kael was a little bit dizzy and asked him to sit. He recounted the events, and as the story continued, his master's face became paler and paler. He seemed like he was about to faint. Kael didn't understand this, but the guy he had met was powerful—not powerfull like his master, it was the next level.
Kael felt like he had committed a big mistake but brushed it off, saying, "Well, he is only a creepy old man. I guess I could break a few of his bones if I even touched him."
He was a little angry about the old man making him strip naked and didn't realize that the aura of this guy was vast but compressed into such a minimal space that it was imperceptible.
He then soon felt some air hitting his back as he felt a respiration behind him. His master's face became straight-up white as he stood up and bowed, almost kissing the floor.
Kael felt strange, and he turned back and said, "Well, if it isn't the old man again."
"Hoo hoo hoo, well, we meet again, young child."
Darious grabbed Kael by the back and forcefully made him bow. Kael didn't understand but stayed put just because he trusted his master. This guy must be someone important.
"Please excuse my disciple's rudeness. I can scold him in any way you want."
The old man just laughed and said, "You may not. I want to test this little guy's theory. He said he could break my bones just by touching me. Is it true?"
The kid said in a low voice, "Yes, it is, because your appearance seems… weak."
The old man laughed again.
"Hoo hoo hoo, let's put it to the test."

Darious was sweating profusely listening to this conversation as he stood up, and the old man led them to the outside.
He stood firmly and said to Kael, "Hit me."
Kael said, "I'm sorry, but I don't like to hit old men. It feels wrong, and I may damage you."
His intentions were pure, but he didn't understand what he was talking about.
The old man stood up and told him, "Hit me, if you can reach me first."
He was two meters away from Kael as he unleashed something.
His repressed aura was unleashed. What seemed like a blue translucent fire emerged. It didn't burn but was clearly something like energy. A one meter radius fire was ravaging and twist it, the ambiance became tense as the master saw the scene in horror.
Kael was blown away, like 20 meters back, and fell. He wasn't injured but stared at the seemingly weak old man exuding a special energy that seemed infinite and vast, just like a sea, the one his teacher told him about.
He then realized his mistake, but he couldn't rectify it.
He tried to tell the old man to stop, but the humming sound was too loud to say or hear anything. His muscles felt weak as he crumbled.
When the old man saw this, he started laughing again as he compressed his aura.
"Hoo hoo hoo, did you see this, young man? This is a fraction of my power."
The kid was even more astonished, and the teacher was straight up scared. Just once in his life he had seen this aura, and it was from the same man when he committed a terrible mistake.
The power was raw and spoke more than words.
The old man approached Kael in an instant and said in a gentle tone, "Do you know why this is just a fraction of my power?"
Kael wanted to know but didn't dare to speak.
"This energy you saw is what is called potential energy. The blue fire is like gunpowder waiting to be detonated. If you can sense some of the potential energy transforming into kinetic energy, that is what blew you away. But it is a little trace of this gunpowder barrel. If I tried to ignite it, this whole place would go kaboom," he said in a mocking tone. "You and your master would be dead."
The kid heard this, and the old man replied, "Well, of course there are more gunpowder barrels in store. Many more."
He said this as he caressed his beard.
"Well, it is my time to leave. Now, Darius, look at the table. There is a green orb. The treasure from Marie is there. Use it."
Darius had a surprised smile as tears fell
through his eyes. "Thank you, Master. It is an honor for me to receive this."
As he said it, he bowed deeply.
The old man disappeared and Kael and Darius went to the room.
The two of them, master and disciple stood there with scared looks on their faces as they saw the green orb on the table still feeling inside them what had happened.
