First of all, I would like to apologize to the followers who were waiting for this update. I have lost followers and gained followers over this semi-hiatus period. And now I would like to move ahead.
WHY I MOVED FORWARD WITH REWRITING:
I felt like I was telling a story from one point. And I was not able to fully visualize things and events. I was also not good with character emotions in the previous version of this story. Now initially the goal was to release this story as a comic/manga/webnovel, but I did not have any funds or any artist at hand. But I wanted to tell this story regardless and went forward with writing a novel. Atleast my vision would be out there. I got a lot of reviews on all platforms that aligned with the issues that I had when I was re-reading my own work.
During this time, I had a muscle tear which did halt the writing and rewriting. And since I knew I wouldn't be able to write new stuff, I decided to go forward with rewriting the issues that are there in the current chapters and not make those mistakes again.
This book was originally published on Royal Road. Check it out there for the real experience.
MOVING FORWARD:
I will try to be regular. My initial schedule plans and commitments didn't seem to work lol. So I am going to stick to a more realistic and flexible approach in writing future chapters. I am just going to write the story I want to tell. I am not going to rush things. I am not going to go after RS (even though somehow I already made it there a couple of times and on multiple lists :)). I would try to work on the quality of work more than the quantity.
I don't have any plans for Patreon/Paypal support. But if people do encourage me to set it up and support me, then I will definitely go ahead.
AND FINALLY THANK YOU!!!
Thanks to everyone who have followed this story. The rising viewership and following has kept me motivated. Thanks to StarMoire, Soul and MF Calloe who were part of the critic circle that made the rewrites possible. The reviewed my work thoroughly and gave me genuine advice on how to move forward.
I would also like to thank (fwflygon14) for their review. It was a bit harsh but I learned about things that I could work on and it did help me with the rewrite as well.
