It's a beautiful day outside. Birds are singing, flowers are blooming. The warm sun shines down to the peninsula. The wind finds its way to the 1111th Division.
After Diff and Johnny got introduced to the ways of the Division they walk in the hallway.
"So? What now? Like, I didn't think we would get a job like this." - Diff asks, hands in his pockets.
"Well, we will live here for quite a while. Our contracts said three years. We have to go get our stuff and bring it here." - Johnny answers, while adjusting the cowboy hat on his head.
"We really signed for three years? How am I supposed to explain this to my landlord?" - Diff asks, putting a hand on his head as they continue to walk.
"I'll go and grab a commission. After that I call around to get some help moving our stuff." - Johnny says, pulling out his phone.
They quickly arrive downstairs right in front of the commission board. The commission board is bolted to the wall. In the room has multiple couches, facing tables, allowing workers to plan out a commission, if anyone were using them at the moment.
Johnny grabs a piece of paper, a commission.
"Deliver three boxes of grapes to the next town. So they want me to run errands?" - Johnny speaks as he rips off the paper from the wall. "You found something interesting?"
"Not yet." - Diff answers as he continues to search among the commissions.
Meanwhile Johnny leaves the room to complete the commission he chose, leaving Diff alone with his thoughts.
What am I doing? I'm supposed to be climbing ranks in League, not this stupid community service!
Deep in thoughts Diff's hand reaches a commission.
Investigate strange sounds from an abandoned manor.
A high paying commission, perfect for Diff. Except, it has a difficulty of 35. Way above the difficulty cap that Diff can take.
Should be fine. I mean I can shoot bullets out of thin air. I am practically invincible!
Diff mutters to himself as he rips down the commission from the board. Then he leaves to complete it.
A two hour long bus drive later Diff arrives at a bus stop. In the middle of a big forest. There's a dirt path. Leading deep into the forest.
An abandoned manor. And strange sounds. Probably a squirrel or some homeless. The manor is under ownership of Ashen. The rank one division.
"At least, that's all I found on Wikipedia." - Diff mutters under his breath. He stands before the big wooden door. He opens it. As he does, the wooden door creeks open.
The handle comes off in his hand. The cold air, that really needs ventilation hits his nose.
"Oh, God. Who the hell died here?" - Diff mutters as he walks into the building. He grabs the door handle firmly in his hand as he slowly starts to pace around the hallway.
The paint of the walls is peeling. The entire building stinks. Hopefully from mold. Diff tries to open each and every room, but it's no use. At the very end of the right wing. A big open space. Filled with trashcans. Emitting a strong disgusting smell.

Oh hell no! I'm not checking these!
Diff turns around and heads to the left wing. The smell, still present. The walls have the same crumbling layer. Not a single piece of furniture in this side, either. The rooms, still locked this side too.
The open place for this side is different. It's filled with big rock shaped things. Diff touches one. It's an egg. But not a strong hard shelled one. He quickly starts to count these eggs. Fifteen eggs, and one bigger black thing. Something that Diff couldn't identify.
He walks closer. As he does, the hard floor creeks under his feet. Suddenly the big black thing shakes a little. It starts to move. Its body turns. This is not a 'thing' it's a seriously oversized big black snake.
The snake hisses at Diff. Then it launches forward at Diff. He turns around and starts running, like his life is depended on it. Well, because it does. Diff runs as fast as he can down the hallway.
He peeks over his shoulder, just to see that the snake is following him behind. The snake hisses at Diff.
Shit shit shit! The hell am I supposed to do with this shit!? Think Diff! Think!
Diff thinks as he rushes out of the wooden door. The snake breaks through it with ease. Now, both in the garden. Under the sunlight the snake actually has some colors.
The top part of the snake is deep black. The bottom half is grey. It's eyes red as it dangerously getting closer to Diff. But Diff. He is not built for this. He was- He is a typical league player. Not someone who could face this monstrosity.
Diff tries to move. But his legs tremble. He is weak in the knee. Fear completely wrapped him in it's grasp. But slowly, he remembers. A specific voiceline of the character he used to main. Fight or be forgotten!!
Diff quickly uses the Vetra he copied. He summons multiple bullets around him, aiming at the Snake. But unluckily for him. He is facing a Fangcoil. A snake beast.
A snake beast. With a skin so thick it repels bullets. But Diff don't know that. He stares at the snake, not knowing why would such thing exist. A snake what can repel bullets.
Diff's legs keep trembling as he remembers why he stopped playing top. He hates facing counters.
Shit. I should have listened to Yunyan.
Diff keeps trembling. Despite being his bullets ineffective, he shoots more. One bullet actually hits. It pierce into the snake eye. It let's out a loud deafening screech. Diff snaps out of his trance.
The snake curls up in it's pain. Diff legs shrugs. He runs away from the snake. His heart pounding in his chest. Sweat soaking his face. He breathes unevenly. Totally panicking. But the snake starts to follow Diff again. Smooth and silent.
The garden is overgrown. Probably once was tended to. But now? It's nothing more than tall grass and a tree here and there. Diff runs desperately, but his lungs barely can keep up. As he runs the snake follows him in a fast pace.
An empty pool, buried into the ground. Diff falls into it with a loud sound. His entire body trembling as he tries to get up. Blood dripping. Slowly down from his head.
Shit. God damnit. This hurts. Wait the snake-
Diff's thoughts racing. He hears the snake behind him. He crawls without looking back. But not for long. He starts gasping for air. He sits up and turns to the snake.
The snake with one eye bleeding. Comes closer and closer. The sun just shines down. A beautiful day today. Birds chirping. While Diff is about to be snake food.
Strange sounds coming from afar. Something loud. Like thunder. A purple ray appears, swift as thunder. It's Yunyan! With a swift move slices the snake in half. The snake stops moving. Yunyan stands up straight. Flicks her sword so that blood comes off from the blade. Then turns to Diff.
"Yunyan..." - Diff starts before he gets interrupted.
"I said difficulty 20 is the max. Before you get medical and combat experience. You took a commission way above your level. And nearly die!" - Yunyan speaks as she puts back her sword into its sheet.
"I hit it's eye." - Diff explained.
"I expect a well written report about what happened here. And as punishment. You will do all the dishes for an entire month." - Yunyan declares. Leaving no room for argument.
After a visit to the hospital. Diff head got treated. Nothing serious. Once Diff and Yunyan got out of the hospital Yunyan grabs onto Diff. The next second Diff finds himself inside the base.
"How did you do this?" - Diff asks.
"With my Vetra." - Yunyan shrugs as she microwaves a cup of coffee. "Teleportation."
"That has to be the most useful Vetra, ever." - Diff adds.
Yunyan smiles with a silent nod. Diff walks upstairs. He sees Erica standing in front of a room. Changing the sign on the room from room 11 to another sign, saying Johnny. Once she spots Diff she waves at him.
"Sup?" - Erica asks.
"I took a commission, which was above my level..." - Diff answers.
"Ouch. You own Yunyan for that. I did something similar on my first commission. But I also slapped the client across the face." - Erica says with a smile.
"By the way. Which room do you choose? You can choose any room, but of course only those what are not chosen by someone else." - Erica continues.
"I take the room next to Johnny."- Diff speaks as he walks into the said room.
A clean room. Bed with only a pillow and a mattress. A long L shaped desk with a typical office chair. And lastly a big empty wardrobe. Expect for a worn grey book in the corner of the wardrobe.
The hell? Someone left a book here.
Diff thinks as he picks it up. " Romeo and Juliet. " - Diff reads the title on the cover, before throwing it back where he found it. Then he lays down onto the mattress.
I went to buy a graphics card. Because my old one really needs an upgrade. Then a damn terrorist attack. Then I unlock this Vetra thing. Which is still new to me. I joined this Division. And I got almost eaten by a snake!
Diff thinks as he just laying on the mattress. The silence gets interrupted by Diff's ringtone. He picks up the phone.
"Hey Diff. I found someone who would deliver our stuffs here." - Johnny voice appears happy on the other end. "And dude, I heard what happened. And you owe Yunyan like five coffees."
Diff and Johnny spent the next hour talking to eachother.

Thank you for reading the third chapter! To be honest I didn't expected 60 people to actually click on my work.
I don't how many actually read it though. Feel free to drop a comment.
