After the car exploded and the enemies braced for any possible danger, Ace noticed that Chris’s eyes were unfocused. Ace asked him, “Chris, are you thinking about something? Your silence bothers me.”

  Chris replied, “Sorry, Ace. I’m studying the situation now so we can enter without being noticed.” Chris noticed the border was unmanned and said, “Ace, do you have anything that can cut the iron fence?”

  Ace said, “I don’t have a cutter. I didn’t expect we’d need one.”

  Chris said, “Alright Ace, when I count to three run to the gate we’ll storm their headquarters. This is the only way in.”

  “One, two, three!” Chris and Ace ran toward the gate while the enemies fired; they were running in a zigzag pattern to avoid being shot. When they approached the gate, one of the enemies appeared and shot Ace in the leg! Ace laughed and said, “hahaha, do you think that shooting my leg will shake me? I used to serve in the army this is nothing, you weakling, don’t challenge me.” Ace shot the guard in the head and they entered through the gate.

  The enemies shouted, “Prepare the equipment and capture them alive or dead!”

  Chris shouted, “Ace, try to delay them. I’ll try to close the gate.”

  Ace said, “How will you close it, you fool? There is no way except with the cars cars, right!”

  Chris said, “I’ll block the road with the cars.” He went to one of the cars and tried to get in, but it was locked. Chris smashed the window with his elbow; the glass broke, he opened the door, sat down, and tried to start the car, but there was no key inside. Chris searched for the key in the glove compartment and the trunk but didn’t find it. He got out of the car and went to search the whole garage for the key. He opened cabinets, weapon lockers, and among the clothing lockers, but still didn’t find the key.

  Ace shouted, “Chriiiis, they’re getting closer, and if things escalate I’ll have to use the backup ammunition.”

  Chris returned to the car quickly, started the engine, and shouted, “Aaaace, get on the step and we’ll escape we don’t have time. I’ll count to ten.”

  Ace, nervous at the sight, said, “Chris, what are you going to do? Why are you by the engine with a bomb in your hand?”

  Chris: “1 2 3.” Ace ran toward the entrance to the headquarters and Chris continued the count. Chris: “8 9 10.” He threw the grenade and rushed toward the exit. Before Chris could reach the exit, the car exploded, and due to the air pressure the blast hurled Chris toward the exit at incredible speed. The loud explosion made the enemies think Chris and Ace were dead, but they went inside the headquarters and hid in one of the rooms.

  Amid fear from the sound of the enemies’ footsteps and anxiety about being captured, Chris and Ace heard one of the enemies say, “I didn’t find them maybe they went into one of the rooms.” Another enemy replied, “Man, go home, your work here is done. You better get out you have a family.” He said, “Alright, I’ll go change my clothes,” and put his hand on the handle. With Chris and Ace tense and fearful of the enemy’s reaction, the door handle began to lower and the enemy entered. Immediately he grabbed Ace by the neck and said, “I don’t want to kill you because you have a family. What do you want to do?” The enemy said, breathing heavily, “Mo... mo... move... your hands.” Ace freed himself from the enemy and said, “What’s your name?” The enemy replied, “My name is Mark. I didn’t come here by my own will they took me by force and trained me to work with them. Will you let me help you?”

  Chris replied coldly, “We’re not here to play we’re here to look for our friend. He disappeared and we don’t know where he went. It’s not like him to leave.”

  Mark answered, “That’s right. A stranger came here and we’re looking for him. Problems keep happening but do you know who we work for? We work for the Skull’s leader.” Chris and Ace were shocked and surprised by Chris’s reaction! Chris said, “We don’t have time to waste. Ace, you go one way and I’ll go another. And you, Mark, it seems you have one of the cars outside we want you to help us make our escape easier; the situation can’t hold.” Ace said, “I’ll go search their things and you go your way.” Chris left the room quietly, and Mark said, “BS Chris, wait.” Mark gave Chris an access card and said, “You can enter any room you want with this. It seems your friend is a genius because he can get into any room he wants. Maybe you’ll find him hiding; until now we keep getting system failures every seven minutes.” Chris thanked Mark and went on his way.

  Chris began searching every room, trying to find Kevin and get out without being noticed room after room after room until Chris entered the food storage room. When he entered, he felt the cold of the room and started to shiver. He noticed a person in the middle of the room with a computer. As he approached, the person spoke softly, “Hey Chris, lower your voice so no one notices us. It’s me Kevin.”

  Chris: “Kevin, what are you doing? You made me worry.”

  Kevin replied, “I came here because I noticed this headquarters’ connection to the Skull’s leader and I came to verify.”

  Chris: “Your instinct is right. This gang’s headquarters works for the Skull’s leader what are you doing here?”

  Kevin: “Well, I’m here to finish the job. I will blow up the headquarters. I planted bombs and the place will explode.”

  Chris: “What!!! What are you waiting for, Kevin? Take the computer with you, we will escape the headquarters!”

  Kevin: “But I came alone and on foot. Alright, let’s escape now!” Chris kicked the door and the kick made a loud noise. He and Kevin began to run. The alarm sounded and they started getting shot at. Chris began firing at the enemies and they started falling one by one. Chris ran out of ammo and said, “Kevin, my ammo is finished. I’ll throw my last grenade.” Chris threw the grenade and ran but they couldn’t find Ace and Mark. Ace began shouting, “Chris! Kevin, from here quickly the situation will escalate!” They ran toward the car, dodging enemy fire, and got into the car. Chris said, “Now go, Mark, and Kevin start the detonation.” Kevin: “I’m always ready.” Kevin pressed the Enter key. “Go!” Mark sped the car as fast as he could, and after they had driven away, the headquarters exploded completely and vanished as if there had never been a building. Ace said, “Chris, Kevin it seems Mark is our new friend.”
