Melfer gave no time to the queen and charged at her. He moved with immense speed. The queen defended his attack. He took out a knife in his other hand and stabbed her foot. Her right leg was stuck. Melfer got back, and Flexin, who was charging magic in his body, rushed at the queen. His motion was followed by a light green flash. The queen defended with her blood, but Flexin’s sword had enough power to cut through and slash her arm.
She pulled up her leg, instantly healed her arm, and blocked the captain’s attack. She reinforced her sword with more blood. She pushed away the captain and defended against Melfer. Flexin attacked her from behind, but she grabbed his sword and stopped him. She was taking them seriously.
The captain saw her distracted and attacked her. She noticed and kicked him in the face. Then she tapped her left foot, and a rock hit Melfer from behind. She gathered strength in her left arm and threw away Flexin.
She manifested her magic and waved her right arm in the air. Countless blood needles formed in the sky, and on her hand signal began to rain on the three of them. Melfer grabbed a boulder from his rope and, after pulling it with force, got it above them. The boulder defended them from the needles.
The queen moved ahead and snapped her fingers. The three were distracted, so they were caught in the orb. The queen generated three big blocks of blood and, one by one, threw them at her three enemies. The blocks, due to the effect of the orb, slowly moved towards the three. She again snapped her fingers, the orb vanished, and the blocks flew at them. They were thrown back.
They immediately grabbed their weapons and stood straight. Shaking from the attack. They held their ground firmly. The queen smiled.
Elna got down the tower as she saw Lelis and Benny fall. The locals were damaging the queen’s army. The squad had reduced the numbers, so the locals had the upper hand.
Elna got near Lelis, Felmer, and Benny, exhaling deeply.
“All of you alright?” She asked.
“Yes…” Felmer replied, lost in thought.
He was thinking of how to counter the queen. He hadn’t eaten anything for a day, nor had he had proper sleep. So he was a bit tired and low on magic. He could think of only one thing.
‘What if I mix all my weapons?’ He thought.
He sat down and began to concentrate on his magic. He gathered his magic in his left hand and looked at it.

“What are you doing?” Lelis asked.
“You know? They say that diamond cuts diamond,” Felmer replied.
“So?” Elna was confused.
“Blood cuts blood…”
Elna understood. She immediately rejected the idea. “Felmer, no!”
“Shh…” Felmer said, finger on his lips.
He placed the blade on his left palm. He generated the cyan flame in his left thumb. He placed the thumb on the sword and began to cut his palm. He had almost mastered the blood ritual.
After cutting his palm, he moved his right arm back, suspended in the air. He extended his left hand ahead, palm facing forward. The cyan flame reacted and mixed with the blood magic. The tree branch patterns turned red, and the cyan flame, now bright red, covered the blade. He could feel the power surging inside him. He knew what had to be done.
He stood and began to run towards the queen. As his feet touched the ground, they sparked with magic. He began to run swiftly, and the sparks emerged from his feet. Close enough, he jumped.
The bright red flame on the sword became intense, the immense magical power rushing inside Felmer, and the left cyan eye, now red. Felmer had completely manifested his magic.
The queen spotted him and the change in him. She immediately tried to block. Felmer’s blow shattered the blood wall like a mirror. The queen defended again and again, but her defences were shattered into unseen fragments.
The squad watched in shock as their prince got the upper hand.
The queen stumbled and was kicked in the abdomen by Felmer. She was sent flying back inside the castle. She stood straight and defended again. She held her ground firmly and blocked Felmer’s attacks.
Felmer retreated a few steps, and the queen manifested her sword with an immense amount of blood. After a blink, they flashed at each other. The swords braced each other with an immense force. Both held their ground. They were now on par with each other.
The power of the two impacted the walls around them; they cracked and fell. The queen whipped away the falling castle with her blood, and now both were in the open.
The two forces met each other with overwhelming force. Felmer attacked, and the queen blocked. Felmer attacked from the right, and she blocked from the left. Felmer turned 360 degrees and again attacked, but she blocked. Felmer attacked, and the queen stepped back. She lunged forward, but Felmer moved aside and hit the rain guard of her sword. The sword fell away. Felmer went for her face. She held his right wrist and forced him to let go of his sword. They were now fighting hand-to-hand.
As she held his wrist, she moved her left fist towards Felmer. Felmer pulled his wrist away and blocked her punch. He stepped back and kicked from below. The queen defended with both hands. She attacked with her right palm, but Felmer parried her right arm and punched her in the stomach. The queen coughed and attacked again. Felmer ducked, but her left leg struck his chin. The queen summoned another blood sword and attacked Felmer. As she advanced, Felmer stepped aside and grasped the sword by the blade. It cut his palm, but adrenaline numbed the pain. Felmer snatched her sword away, drove it into the concrete, then got up and kicked her in the face with both legs.
Felmer got down and picked up his sword, which was still lit by the flame. He charged forward at her. The queen had no time to defend or parry. As the sword was about to cut her neck, she spoke.
“Stop!”
Felmer immediately stopped. The sword slightly touched her neck. A single delay, and her head wouldn’t have been on her body.
She extended her right fist and opened it. The jewel glowed with intense red light. She was offering the third jewel.
