The Girl Between Two Fates...

Umer walked with that beautiful girl. After a moment, he asked her name.

She replied, “My name is Arooba. I am an ordinary girl.”

Umer asked, “Where do you live?”

She looked at him and asked, “If I don’t say, will you leave?”

“Yes,” Umer said with a smile. “Because it is your life, your wish.”

“Okay,” she said. She looked back at him, smiled, and walked away.

Umer sat on a stone and watched her leaving. He became even more fascinated by her beauty. The thought of her made him feel dizzy, and suddenly he found himself lying on his bed.

His minister stood beside him and asked, “Your Majesty, may I ask something?”

  “What?” asked Umer.

“You were sitting on a stone and talking with that girl, but when we found you, you had passed out and the girl was not there. Why? I think the girl might be our enemy,” said the minister.

This tale has been unlawfully obtained from Royal Road. If you discover it on Amazon, kindly report it.

“No, don’t say that,” Umer replied.

“Forgive me, Your Majesty,” said the minister.

“She is not our enemy,” Umer said. “She is someone who will soon become the most important part of this kingdom.”

The young minister gave a silly smile.

Soon, Zehlan got trapped in Umer’s plan. The jungle men surrounded Zehlan when he was alone and arrested him. Zehlan had no weapons, so he had to remain quiet.

Arooba did not know who Zehlan was and had not seen him that day.

Later, when they locked Zehlan in a room, Arooba secretly saved him. It was almost the same situation as when Umer was about to save her when she had once been kept in a similar room.

When Zehlan first saw Arooba, he too became fascinated by her beauty.

He asked, “What is your name?”

  She replied, “Arooba.”

“Where do you live?” he asked.

“In a place that is hard to find,” she said with a mysterious smile.

Zehlan said, “Come with me to my kingdom.”

  “Why?” she asked.

  “Because… I bought you.”

“Why did you buy me?” she asked.

Zehlan hesitated. “Ah… leave that. Just come with me.”

  “First tell me who I—”

Zehlan interrupted, “Do you want to be free and not come to my kingdom?”

“I don’t know why you bought me,” she said, “but if you want to free me, then let me go.”

Zehlan stepped closer and looked into her eyes.

  Their eyes met.

He asked quietly, “Do you hate me?”

  “No,” she replied. “Why?”

“I once heard that beautiful girls hate men,” Zehlan said with a small smile.
