A snowy day. A cold mountain.
Zaraf walks along its edge.
He looks beneath the mountain and sees a door.
A giant gate.
Bell comes out of her dimension.
"Her fragment is in the cave," Bell says. "You should be careful. Maybe the Death guy can be here."
"I can't wait for others," Zaraf speaks. "I need to check in."
Then he goes to open the gate in the snow.
When he reaches the door, Zaraf takes a deep breath and puts his hand on his sword.
He prepares.
He pushes the gate open.
A dark cave lies inside. Cold. Like a prison.
He sees an altar.
A soul fragment is floating above it.
Zaraf doesn't panic.
He looks around, searching for traps or Death.
Nothing.
Silence.
Bell feels uneasy.
"I smell something… blood and magic."
Zaraf notices only stains of blood.
"Something happened here," Zaraf says.
Suddenly, something begins to glow brightly.
The fragment starts to shine like a star in the dark cave.
Bell and Zaraf look at it.
"There is no one," Bell says with worried eyes. "But we still need to be careful."

"You look around," Zaraf speaks slowly. "I'll check the fragment."
Zaraf walks toward the fragment and takes it.
Suddenly, the fragment begins to glow brighter in his hands.
"What's this?" Zaraf asks.
"I think it's happy to meet you," Bell answers.
There is no trap, nor the robed Death guy.
Zaraf looks at the fragment with relief.
Suddenly, the cave begins to crumble.
"Looks like we have to leave!" Bell says.
"It's a trap," Zaraf says. "But not as I thought it would be."
Zaraf's eyes glow blue, and wind begins to circulate inside the collapsing cave.
He raises his hand, and the wind bends under his control.
The falling rocks stop.
They float in the air, held by the wind. The whole cave looks as if time has stopped.
Then suddenly, the wind bursts.
The mountain cave collapses, destroying half the mountain.
Rubble and dust scatter everywhere.
Zaraf flies through the wind, the soul fragment in his hand.
They land far away from the collapsing mountain.
"You have good control over wind," Bell says. "It won't be long before you awaken the second level."
"It's thanks to you," Zaraf replies. "You helped me on this journey. You and my master, of course."
Zaraf's eyes sharpen, his face turning cold.
"Whose world is this?" Zaraf asks.
Bell takes a breath.
"...It's the sixth creator's world," she answers slowly. "The Creator of Reality."
Silence.
"...The only creator I haven't met yet."
Zaraf speaks, "Did that creator come back?"
"...Not yet. And if they do, I will tell you. But don't be irrational," Bell replies. "We don't know who Death is, or why he is in the sixth creator's world."
"We will find out soon."
"...So what are you going to do with her fragment?" Bell asks.
"Because of my carelessness, she died. So I will give her back what she lost."
"So you decided to revive her?"
"...I will revive her," Zaraf answers slowly.
"Then let's go back," Bell says.
After that, they return to Zaraf's world.
Silent.
Cold.
"Why does this feel weird?" Zaraf asks.
"It's because your story is still unstable, and you were not here."
Zaraf takes a breath and prepares for the revival.
They enter the Creator State by fusing through their contract.
Inside the Creator State—
"Now you need to listen," Bell says gently. "You can revive her in two ways."
"What ways?" Zaraf asks.
"One is bringing her back with the memories she had before death.
The second is to give her a new identity, and after that, give her the title of female main character."
"...What are the side effects?"
Bell replies, "You need the pillar of the female main character. But if you revive her only to fill that position, she will become nothing more than a doll playing her role.
But if you revive her as a normal girl, and later choose her as the female main character, then she will become a proper pillar."
"Doll? ...I don't want her like that. No one deserves to be just a doll," Zaraf says. "I will revive her as a normal character, and after that, I will give her the title."
Bell smiles slightly.
Zaraf raises his hand and remembers how she sacrificed her life to save him from the Death guy.
(I will save her this time. If I had been stronger back then, she wouldn't have had to die.)
The fragment glows.
Silence.
A spell begins to form around it.
The light slowly takes the shape of a body.
A young girl.
With beautiful hair.
She opens her eyes—
And suddenly threw her arms around zaraf .
