  Sorry about the sudden stub on book 4, I got distracted with all the IRL stuff going on. Please note for those who are still mid-read that the story is stubbed on Patreon, too. Amazon is no joke.   On a totally unrelated note, I appreciate all of the awesome reviews, recommendations, reddit mentions, updoots and other forms of hype you guys have dropped for this story over the past 18 months. Without you guys, I would have just been writing into the void. Instead, I'm pretty well on my way to doing this forever.

  I'm just starting writing again a bit on the side and will resume posting in about 2 weeks, depending on how many more viruses my toddler brings home in that time frame. As I mentioned in my last (now deleted) post, we're going to start with a couple of short stories to get a little broader view of what's going on in the world, and then dive into book 5.
