Azazel is gone forever. All beings in all worlds can rest, can't they? What about his threat of the Big Nine? Do they really exist and are they more powerful than Azazel?
I woke up early in the morning. My room was still dark, but I could tell by looking that I was in it. I rubbed my eyes and tried to shift in bed at least a little. Suddenly, something pulls down my blanket. I moan softly, but immediately put my hand in front of my mouth. Who the hell is that?! The person next to me grunts and burrows deeper into the covers. Well from the sound he made, I'd say there's a bear sleeping next to me. I'll let the mystery person sleep for now. I won't find out anyway until he reveals himself. I just hope I at least know the person. I look out the window and stare absently into the distance, remembering yesterday. I stick my hands in my field of vision. I look at them as if they might suddenly be gilded. I managed to summon all four dragons! I was cheering to myself. Not for long, and then I fell unconscious, but I did it! I smile and place my hands loosely in my lap. I remember a moment when I thought I was losing my power. It was a strange feeling. The opposites became one in the mystique. I can't quite explain it in my head and I wonder what would have happened if I had continued. Then I remember my injury. And I quickly check my hands again. It was untouched. I run my hands over my neck and shoulder and I can't feel anything either. Then I smile to myself. Shika. I conclude. She's really good at healing spells. I think to myself and look into the distance again. The sun has begun to wake. The first rays begin to creep into the room. The grey sky slowly recedes and is replaced by a beautiful orange-yellow colour. The sky starts to turn clear blue too. The mysterious person next to me turns around. I finally see who it is. After a heavy panting roll, he turns towards me and uncovers his head.
"Fuyuuuuu?!" I gasp, but try to cover my mouth with my hand again so I don't wake him up.
I looked at him in surprise, but he was breathing harmoniously. He didn't even react to my scream. He was sleeping so soundly that I smiled a little. I watched him with great interest. He was so innocent. He was not at all creepy, as he usually is. I relaxed the tension in my body and leaned back against the pillow. He was so calm and sweet. I think the thought of him being cute made me completely blush. I was hypnotized by his serene face. Without even thinking about my movement, I slowly reached my hand out to him. I was already a short distance away when I realized what I was about to do. I quickly withdrew my hand. How could I possibly explain to him that I had caressed him? I press my hand to my chest just in case, so I don't think about it again. Fuyu starts to purr strangely. I figure he's starting to wake up. I couldn't take my eyes off him. I just watched him wake up. His eyelids slowly began to open. The sunlight added a beautiful atmosphere to the awakening. The azure blue dolls immediately looked at me. He blinked a little. You could tell he was a little out of it. I blushed more. Perhaps the worst thing Mother Nature could have given us. Fuyu sighs in relief and smiles a little.
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
"I was hoping to wake up first so I wouldn't scare you later." He grunts.
"You wouldn't have scared me. I mean, yeah I did, but that's okay. Feel free to lie." I smile at him.
Fuyu pulls me close. We're in close proximity to each other. We look each other eye to eye. My heart starts beating a hundred and six.
"You should just lie here quietly." He whispers.
"But I'm fine now. Thank you." I'll protest.
Fuyu frowns a little.
"Don't argue with me first thing in the morning." He grunts a little.
I want to pull away a little, but he wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me tighter to him.
"Hey. What are you doing!" I squeal.
I rest my hands on his chest and try to pull away at least a little. Fuyu doesn't say anything. He just smiles in disgust. What's gotten into him again?! He rolls me under and grabs my arms to disarm me. I don't like this position at all. I panic a little. The cute part of him is gone, and there's a grown, burly vampire crouching over me. Thanks to the more cleavage created by the larger shirt, I can catch a glimpse of a bit of his worked out body. The thought that came to me at the sight of his body I immediately wanted to stomp in the back of my mind. His face turned into a predator that just got a taste.
"What have I done?" I whisper.
"Why are you blushing so much?" He leans in and whispers in my ear. His lips almost brush against my ear. I can feel his breath on the right side of my cheek. I'm not going to lie, but that was scarily sexy. A tiny part of me liked it, but I have no idea why. I didn't understand the feeling that was now burning through me. That momentary weakness, however, was replaced by fear and nervousness. Goosebumps swelled all over my body.
"You're not answering my questions. It's pissing me off. I'm red with rage." I excuse myself.
Fuyu pulls away from my ear and smiles superficially.
"You're lying. I can hear your heartbeat speeding up."
Stupid vampire. I frown. Fuyu leans toward me once more. I couldn't pull away. He held my hands tightly.
"I know why. And you don't have to be ashamed of it. I don't mind." He whispers, finally letting go of my hands.
He rolls onto his side. He gets up immediately though and heads for the bathroom.
"I'm glad you're okay." He says in the doorway and disappears.
I quickly cover myself and start cursing.
"I hate this! I hate it! Fucking blush! Fucking Fuyu!" I curse under the covers.
Really being alone with him is like a lottery bet. I never know what to expect from him. He's been mysterious and inscrutable from the first moment I met him. Could it be love? It flashed in my mind. I quickly squashed the thought. I'm not in love with him. He's a boy and I love him like a brother. He doesn't love me. He just likes to play with his prey like any beast. He likes to make people nervous, and he'll do anything to embarrass people. I hope he never does that again. That morning I thought of Shika. If he did this to her, she'd probably faint with joy. At that moment, I started laughing.
"Okay, Iruka. Get up!" I say to myself.
I throw the covers off of me and get up with displeasure.
