Sarah Dreadnaught's Point of View.

  After explaining everything I had seen during that oh so brief time I spent in My Love's memories. I simply looked at the expressions around me. My Mother and Cynthia still did not like hearing it, my Mother most of all. It seems the story of a childhood friend betraying John hit's close to home for my Mother, seeing as how close her own bonds with her Friends are. Cynthia still seemed to be upset about it all as well. Aunt Penelope seemed sad at all of it. Aunt Tina began crying after I explained how the car crash had affected John's personality. She seemed to be thinking through the eyes of a mother and thinking of John as a child who needed help.

  Sharon looked angry as I told everyone what I knew about John. Bloodlust seemed to be leaking from her body, her mother attempted to calm her down. As Aunt Tina soothed her, Sharon started to calm down, she eventually turned back to me and began to speak.

  " Sarah, these people are the Hero and his Party, correct?"

  " Yes, John wants to fight the Hero, he is that boy Luke who started that horrible event in the classroom. I want to fight Laura, quite badly if I'm being honest. I want to make her pay for betraying My Love and having the gall to try and continue to stand next to him."

  " I see. To be honest, my anger is mostly at them. But that sister of the Hero! John saved her and protected her like a Gentleman and a Knight. But in return for his Protection of her Honor, she never even attempted to lift a finger to help John! I can't accept that. either as a Woman or a Warrior!"

  Sharon's eyes burned bright with anger, I haven't seen her this angry since the time a boy had insulted the Honor of a girl in our Sophomore Class. He was beaten bloody for half an hour before a teacher had stopped Sharon. After the memories of our time in school had passed, I turned to Asha. Her face didn't portray any emotion, but the raging mana that swirled around her body told a different story. Usually, Anna had a light-yellow color to her mana, but now it had the look of pooled blood. Asha simply looked at me and began to speak.

  " That woman from the library, she did nothing while John risked literal injury while trying to help her? Not only that, but he did the best he could to calm her during it. And yet she did nothing? That weakness, it sickens me! As a Noble Lady I can't stand for it!"

  " It seems you both have your targets. Our Intelligence Agents report that the Hero's sister has the Thief Job Class, and the library girl is a Wizard. Take your time in preparing with the time we have left. After the recent events, I will be redoubling my efforts with my training, starting from the beginning! I will never show such a lowly sight in front of him again!"

  After the anger in me had subsided from remembering that robed man. My Mother began to speak.

  " Having said all of that, I would like to also inform you all that our Intelligence Reports tell us that John's childhood friend, Laura, is a Cleric of extraordinary talent, apparently, she outshines the Hero in growth. The other girl is a Monk. They are all being trained by S-class Adventurers. All of them have Talent. The weakness of them, however, seems to be teamwork. It appears that none of the girls can work well with the Hero. They can work well with each other, but their apparent leader ruins all of their coordination."

  My Mother informed them all of information I was already privy to. Aunt Penelope began to speak.

  " Aqua, why is it that you brought Tina and I to this meeting?"

  My Mother smiled and she began to speak.

  " Well, there are 2 reasons! The first being that John will eventually be given Territory as a Marquess! I figured you both who help with administration, should fully know about his past, so you can trust him. The 2nd reason is something I feel My Daughter should explain! Take it away, Sarah!"

  I nod to my Mother and look to Sharon and Asha. I begin to speak to them.

  " To put it simply, I'd like to know how you both feel about John."

  Sharon looked confused at my words. Asha squinted her eyes. Asha began to speak in response to my words.

  " What exactly do you mean by that, Sarah?"

  " I meant what I said. Perhaps an example is needed."

  As I spoke, I turned to Anna. and began to speak to her.

  " Anna, are you comfortable speaking about it?"

  " Yes Sarah, if I didn't speak now, how could I when the time really comes?"

  Anna proceeded to come forward and speak about our plans.

  " Simply put, Sarah wants to know if you would like to join our Alliance."

  Sharon looked even more confused, and Asha began to look suspicious. Asha began to speak.

  " What is this "alliance" you mentioned?"

  " It is a collection of people who want to protect John. In Sarah and I's case it is also a collection of people who are seeking to Marry John as well."

  Asha and Sharon looked at Anna shocked. My Mother smiled at Anna with a look of pride. Aunt Penelope and Aunt Tina looked like they had figured out what I had been getting at. Anna continued to speak.

  " Currently, the members sit at 4. Myself, Sarah, Cynthia and John's contracted Spirit, Paula the Dark Pixie. Cynthia and Paula to my knowledge, do not seek to have a romantic relationship with John. Now with the information provided, I believe Sarah wants to know if Lady Sharon and you, Lady Asha have romantic feelings for John or not."

  Asha and Sharon both looked at me. Sharon's cheeks were dyed red, and Asha looked surprised. Asha was the first to speak.

  " Wait, Anna, are you saying that you, a Maid want to Marry your Master, who is currently Engaged to Sarah!?"

  " Yes, and I have already received permission to from Sarah!"

  " Sarah, is this true!? The Green Goddess of the Royal Academy wants to Marry your Fiancé!?"

  Asha looked at me with surprise on her face. Seems that mask is finally coming off. I answer her.

  " Yes, I have no problem with John having a maximum of 8 or so Wives. As long as I am his First Wife."

  Asha looked at me with disbelief in her eyes. I began to speak.

  " Because I have noticed both of you showing different sides of yourselves to John, I assumed something close to a romantic interest is blooming in you both. So, I decided to share with you all of the information I currently have. You are free to join the Alliance without having romantic feelings. Cynthia is currently a Member with that attitude... For now, at least. So, will you join Asha? Sharon?"

  They both looked at me shocked for a while. Aunt Tina decided to speak first.

  " Princess Sarah.."

  " Please Aunt Tina, I've asked so many times, just call me Sarah in private. It feels strange that my Friend's mother is so formal with me."

  Ms. Tina looked apprehensive. But eventually she started to speak again.

  " Sarah. How could you possibly be ok with sharing your Husband?"

  " It is so I can keep him by my side. To explain, I believe he has the qualities to make many women here on Gaia fall for him. And I believe that I need a team around him for vetting them. Because of his past and how his relationship developments have been stunted due to those pests, I want him to be able to treasure any relationships he makes from now on. And besides, at the end of the day, I will forever be his First True Love. I will forever be the #1 Woman in his Heart. As well as be there for him in all matters, as a Friend, as a Partner and most importantly, as his Wife. No matter who tries to challenge me on that, I will never lose it."

  Aunt Tina looked stunned by my statement. Aunt Penelope began to speak.

  " Let's say that Asha has fallen for him, what would that mean for our household?"

  My Mother responded to Aunt Penelope's question.

  " For now, Pena. Not much, in all honesty. John is simply a Human who has a Noble Title with no land or wealth attached. But in time, that will change. After he repels the Hero Party, we will award him a Territory. The Rose Swamps most likely, as they are currently a Fief with no Lord."

  " So, a Territory with no real economic prospects? You do realize how hard of a sell it is to give this man my Eldest Daughter, Aqua?"

  " Yes. However, I believe John will turn it around. And in return, he and his Land will become highly sought after. Especially after everyone catches wind of him being a polygamist after Marrying Sarah and then Anna."

  " Where does that belief in him stem from?"

  " Because of what he had done so far. Not only has he healed My Love, which granted us an expedited timetable moving forward, but he has saved My Daughter, not once, but twice. He has gifted us Miracles so far. And I believe he will continue to do so moving forward. Even more than that, I believe the location of the Rose Swamps will offer him new opportunities that will funnel back to Diablos in big ways."

  " All I am hearing, Aqua, is hopes for the future."

  At this point of the conversation, Anna stepped forward and began to speak.

  " I would like to report that earlier today, John has contracted a Spirit Sovereign during his Meditation."

  Everyone turned to look at Anna. Except for my Mother, it seems she wanted to see me surprised. My Mother began to speak once more.

  " If you prefer, Pena, Tina, Sharon, Asha, we can have John come into the room and show you his new Friend if you'd like?"

  Sharon spoke first after calming down from my words.

  " I believe John has done it."

  " Why do you believe so, Sharon?"

  Tina spoke to Sharon. After a few seconds she began to speak.

  " He is truly earnest in his efforts, Mother. I believe he truly believes in earning everything he has. If I remember correctly, 3 traits the Spirits love are Diligence, Honesty and Courage. John has all of those qualities, irritatingly so."

  " It seems you have been watching My Love very closely, Sharon. Would there be anything else you would like to add?"

  I spoke to Sharon to see if she had made up her mind, at first, she seemed apprehensive, after a few moments she responded to me.

  " As for being in love with him, I don't know. As for joining the alliance, I feel John will be able to protect himself in time. Until that day, I will be a member to help. I owe him for saving you, Sarah."

  " Sharon."

  I couldn't help but smile warmly at my Friend. I spoke with excitement.

  " So be it, welcome aboard, Sharon!"

  I smile at her and then I turn to Asha. She looks quite calm. I decided to ask her.

  " So, Asha, what about you?"

  " I will join the alliance."

  " Anything else you would like to say?"

  Asha looked at me with a calm face. Before she had the chance to speak, Aunt Penelope began to speak.

  " Aqua! Bring John and have him Summon his Spirit Sovereign!"

  Anna, Cynthia, Sharon and I both look surprised. Asha began to speak to us.

  " My Mother is a fan of the Spiritkin. In particular, the Rarer Spirits that have hardly been seen... Like Spirit Sovereigns."

  My Mother simply smiled at Anna. Anna proceeded to leave the room. Everyone simply waited for my Love to appear.
