STADIUM FIELD – HUDDLED TEAM MUSIC STRIKERS]
Yu fidgets nervously, voice barely above a whisper as he looks around at the others.
YU (shyly):
“W-we can’t forget the other three on Team Nova… They’re not just sitting out there doing nothing.”
SOCKOO (nodding seriously):
“Right. There’s more to them than just Nina’s illusions. We have to keep an eye on everyone, or we risk getting flanked.”
MAKOTO (adjusting his grip on his guns):
“Agreed. The moment we focus on Nina, the others could swoop in.”
RIZRA (with a sharp glance):
“We need a plan that covers both offense and defense. No loose ends.”
SOCKOO (thinking hard):
“Then it’s settled. While Yu, Makoto, and I target Nina and the illusion, Rizra watches our backs, ready to intercept any surprise attacks.”
YU (a little more confident, nodding):
“I-I’ll do my best not to mess up…”
Hajime watches them strategize, pride swelling a bit despite the tension. Their teamwork is what will pull them through.
BATTLEFIELD – RIZRA CHARGING FORWARD]
Rizra tightens her fists, eyes blazing with determination as she surges forward toward Sei, Kai, and Nox. Her breath steady, every muscle primed for impact.
RIZRA (muttering):
“I can’t let them flank us… This ends now.”
She darts forward with explosive speed, closing the distance before they can react.
SEI (surprised, smirking):
“So, you’re the one causing trouble. Let’s see what you’ve got.”
KAI (cracking his knuckles):
“This’ll be fun.”
NOX (calm, cold):
“Don’t underestimate her.”
Rizra launches a rapid barrage of punches infused with her raw power, striking Kai first, then pivoting to block a counterattack from Nox. She twists, dodging a strike from Sei, then retaliates with a powerful uppercut, sending him back a few steps.
RIZRA (gritting her teeth):
“I’m not holding back.”
Meanwhile, back with the others, Sockoo, Makoto, and Yu stealthily move through the battlefield toward Nina’s position.
BATTLEFIELD – RIZRA VS SEI]
Rizra’s punch was about to land—
But Sei caught her fist.
Her eyes widened. Not because he blocked it—she expected that.
But because the pressure changed.
A wave of spiritual weight poured from Sei’s body, not magic, but aura—pure will. It hit her like cold water, and she froze, instinct flaring in her gut.
RIZRA (thinking):
“What… is this feeling…?”
SEI (calm but piercing):
“You’ve gotten stronger, Rizra. But not strong enough to ignore the truth.”
He stepped closer, still gripping her fist. She struggled—but he wouldn’t let go.
SEI (voice low):
“Let me ask again… what will you do when Nata remembers who he really is?”
Rizra’s breath caught.
RIZRA (angrily):
“He’s not Nata anymore. He’s Hajime. He has friends now. He’s—”
SEI (cutting her off):
“That won’t last forever. You think suppressing it will save him? He was a monster, Rizra. You know it. We both watched it happen.”
RIZRA (snapping back):
“He was a child!”
SEI (voice hardening):
“A child who killed like a machine. I’m not blaming him… but I’m telling you the truth: when those memories come back, they won’t bring peace. They’ll bring chaos.”
He finally lets go of her fist. She stumbles back, panting.
SEI (quietly):
“You said you liked this version of him better. The smiling one. The one who laughs. But will that one survive… when Nata comes back?”
Rizra’s fists trembled.
She wasn’t trembling in fear.
She was mad.
RIZRA (teeth gritted):
“Then we’ll fight to keep him this way. Even if we have to fight you to do it.”
Sei’s expression softens for a moment, like he wanted to believe that too.
SEI (closing his eyes):
“Then come prove it.”
And with that—the fight resumes.
Rizra roars, dashing in again. BATTLEFIELD – RIZRA VS SEI INTENSIFIES]
Rizra surged forward again with a fiery burst of determination—her fists wrapped in lightning from her Thunder Pulse Style—
But Sei didn’t dodge.
He didn’t move.
He just raised his hand, and with a flash of motion—BOOM!
Rizra was sent flying.
She smashed into the ground with a violent thud, the arena cracking beneath her impact. Dust shot into the air.
Makoto shouted from the other side,
“RIZRA!!”
Yu’s eyes widened.
Hajime, watching from the stands, immediately stood up, his fists clenched.
HAJIME (shouting):
“Damn it, Sei—!”
Daka held him back.
“No. She can handle it. Don’t interfere.”
In the arena, Rizra coughed blood, gripping her side. Her arm was twitching. It felt half-broken. But she refused to stay down.
Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation.
SEI (walking toward her slowly):
“I didn’t want to hurt you like that… but if you’re going to keep lying to yourself… I have no choice.”
RIZRA (panting):
“Don’t act like you’re doing this for me…”
She used the rubble to pull herself up. Her knees trembled. Blood dripped from her mouth. But her eyes—they burned.
RIZRA (weak smile):
“I’d rather get beaten into the ground… than let anyone rewrite Hajime’s story.”
Sei’s eyes narrowed.
“Then get up, Rizra. Show me your conviction.”
She wiped the blood from her chin, smirked, then shouted:
“You asked for it—NOW WATCH ME STAND, DAMN IT!!”
She powered up again—electricity spitting around her body. Her aura surged, reckless and bold.
Meanwhile—
Makoto, Yu, and Sockoo had surrounded Nina—but they felt Rizra’s power flare and knew:
The real fight was just getting started ARENA – RIZRA VS SEI CONTINUES]
Rizra, panting hard, forced her body upright once more. Gritting her teeth, she raised her arm into her fighting stance—
CRACK.
An instant, blinding jolt of pain shot through her entire body.
Her scream tore through the arena.
“AAAAAGGHH!!”
Her right arm dropped limp. Bones inside had shifted unnaturally. Blood dripped from her elbow to the floor. She staggered.
Her mind had blocked the pain in the heat of battle—but now, reality hit like a truck.
SEI stepped closer, calm and cold.
“You didn’t notice?” he said softly. “That punch earlier—wasn’t meant to knock you out. It was to cripple your strong side.”
Rizra’s eyes widened, sweat pouring down her face.
SEI (serious, calculating):
“You’re primarily right-handed. Your Thunder Pulse combo sequence begins with a right step, right fist drive. Your dodging reflex slightly favors your left, meaning your blind spot is high right. You always compensate with that arm.”
He took another step.
“Without it… you’re a glass cannon waiting to break.”
HAJIME, from the stands, slammed his fist into the chair arm.
“This bastard—!”
Daka muttered, “He’s breaking her spirit first…”
But Rizra, trembling, bleeding, holding her ruined arm with her left, looked up at Sei with a crooked smile.
“That’s cute… you studied me.”
She coughed, spit blood, then stood straighter.
“But if you think breaking my arm’s gonna stop me—you’re more predictable than I thought.”
She slammed her foot forward—restarting her battle stance—using only her left side.
Sei raised an eyebrow. “Interesting.”
Makoto, watching from afar, clenched his fists.
“She’s nuts.”
Yu whispered, “She’s gonna die if this keeps up…”
But Hajime, eyes focused and burning, muttered quietly to himself:
“Rizra… Don’t give in. Make him feel it.”ARENA – MOMENTUM SHIFTS]
As Rizra stood tall with one arm useless and blood streaking down her body, Sei raised a brow, clearly thinking she’d make a desperate move.
But then—BOOM!
A left hook smashed into Sei’s jaw, clean and brutal—his head snapped sideways.
“UGH—?!”
Sei stumbled back, feet skidding across the arena floor, eyes wide in confusion.
Up in the stands, Hajime suddenly bursted out laughing.
“PFFFFFT—BWAAHAHAHA!!”
Everyone turned to him.
Hajime wiped a tear, still laughing.
“I forgot something…”
FLASHBACK QUICK CUT – Hajime and Rizra training, her throwing punches from both hands, switching stances mid-sparring, frustrating even Makoto and Yu with her unpredictability.
“You can’t read someone who’s got no dominant side,” Hajime said in that memory.
BACK TO PRESENT
Hajime grinned fiercely, fist clenched.
“Rizra’s ambidextrous, idiot. Both arms are deadly.”
Sei blinked in genuine surprise, blood at the corner of his lip.
“She—what?”
Rizra stepped forward, fire in her eyes.
“Took you long enough to get that, brainiac.”
Her breathing was ragged, pain still radiating from her broken arm—but her left was already charged with aura, electricity crackling off her knuckles.
“And if one side’s down… I’ll just switch. Now stop monologuing and let’s fight.”
The crowd (now waking up) started whispering excitedly.
“She’s still standing…”
“Did she break his rhythm?”
“This is turning into a real fight again!”
Makoto smirked, crossing his arms.
“That’s our Rizra…”
Yu nodded, nervously.
“Scary…”
Wanna continue the Rizra vs Sei fight now that she’s turned the tables—or cut to Nina’s battle vs Sockoo and the others?
[ARENA – THE TWIST IN THE FIGHT]
As Rizra stood there, bloodied, one arm dangling uselessly—but her stance solid—Hajime suddenly started laughing from the stands.
The others looked at him, confused. Even Daka tilted his head.
Daka: “You okay, Hajime?”
Hajime wiped a tear from his eye, grinning.
Hajime: “Heh… I forgot something.”
Back in the ring, Sei narrowed his eyes, sensing something was off—but before he could react—
CRACK—!!!
Rizra’s left fist rocketed forward like a missile, slamming straight into Sei’s face.
Sei’s eyes widened, his body jolting back several feet from the sheer force of it. Dust exploded from the ground where his heels dragged.
Sei (thinking): What the—!? That punch… was as strong as her dominant hand…?
He regained balance quickly, but his lip was split. Blood trickled.
Back in the stands, Hajime stood now, smiling big.
Hajime (yelling): “That’s right! You thought you had her—But there’s one thing you didn’t know…”
He pointed down toward Rizra, who stood tall, panting, blood dripping, but smirking proudly.
Hajime: “Rizra’s ambidextrous. Left or right… she’ll still break your damn face.”
The crowd—those who had woken up—started to stir with shocked gasps.
Sei wiped his mouth slowly.
Sei (quietly): “Tch… How sloppy of me.”
Rizra shook out her left arm and grinned.
Rizra: “Don’t worry. You’ll learn a lot more about me… once I’m done rearranging that pretty face.”
BOOM—!
The battle reignited with renewed momentum.
Sei’s calm expression was cracking. Rizra’s spirit was burning.
And in the stands, Hajime leaned back in his chair with a cocky grin.
Hajime: “Atta girl…”ARENA – RIZRA UNLEASHES GROUND MAGIC]
Just as Rizra moved in to follow up her hit on Sei—
FLASH—!
Nox appeared behind her, eyes calm, shadows twisting around his arms like ink.
Kai leapt in from the side, aura blazing, blade-like energy forming around his fists.
Kai: “You won’t get another clean hit.”
Nox: “Sei isn’t alone. Back down.”
Rizra’s eyes widened—three-on-one now.
She twisted her body mid-air, narrowly dodging Kai’s strike. As her feet touched the ground again, Nox sent a wave of compressed shadow blades at her. She ducked, rolled, and slid on the arena floor, coming up into a low, grounded martial stance.
The Music Club—Makoto, Yu, Sockoo, even Hajime—watched closely.
Makoto: “…Wait, she’s changing stances?”
Sockoo: “I’ve only seen her fight close-combat…”
Yu: “What’s she doing?”
Dust blew around her ankles. Her hand pressed into the dirt.
Then—it happened.
The ground pulsed.
Rizra’s feet glowed faint orange—earth magic surged beneath her palms.
Rizra (calmly): “I don’t like using this. It slows me down. Makes me predictable.”
The ground trembled. A circle of rune-like energy lit beneath her.
Rizra: “But sometimes… even the earth’s gotta punch back.”
—BOOM!!!
A pillar of solid rock erupted beneath Kai mid-jump, slamming into his gut and launching him into the air.
Nox widened his eyes, leaping back—but the moment his foot touched down, the earth cracked beneath him, and a rocky arm shot up, grabbing his leg.
Nox: “Wh—?!”
Rizra twisted her stance, both palms on the ground now.
The entire section of the arena began to shift under her control—breaking apart into jagged segments and shaking violently.
Rizra (smirking): “Let me show you what happens when you trap a fighter… on my terrain.”
Sei, still recovering, now looked serious.
“Tch. She’s been hiding magic this whole time…”
Hajime stood up, eyes wide with excitement.
Hajime: “She’s been holding back…? She really brought out her ground magic…”
Daka grinned faintly.
Daka: “Told you she had surprises.”BATTLEFIELD – NINA VS SOCKOO’S SQUAD]
As Rizra wreaked havoc on the earth against Sei, Kai, and Nox…
Elsewhere on the battlefield—Sockoo, Makoto, Yu, and Nina’s illusion magic were in full chaos.
Illusions twisted around them—giant red moons, a field of roses, clones, lightning wolves.
Nina stood gracefully in the air, her voice echoing with a teasing tone.
Nina: “Welcome to my world, boys. Let’s play~”
Makoto dashed forward, dodging an incoming illusion wolf, shouting with glowing eyes:
Makoto: “Believe it—! I’m gonna become the Hok—”
Sockoo: “STOP! STOP RIGHT THERE!”
Makoto froze.
Sockoo (yelling): “You’re gonna get us CANCELLED! Cancelled, Makoto!!”
Makoto: “BUT IT FITS!!”
Yu (muttering): “…This is going terribly.”
Just then—
A magical burst of sparkle dust exploded in the sky.
And descending from it…
A perfect illusion version of Hajime.
Shirtless. Sparkling. Hair flowing. Abs glistening. Aura of confidence and roses swirling around him.
He slowly walked toward Sockoo, who stood frozen.
Illusion Hajime (flirty voice): “Yo, Sockoo~ Been thinking about you all day. Let’s ditch this fight. I made us strawberry crepes and magical spaghetti.”
Sockoo’s pupils shrank. Her cheeks flushed. Her entire face turned red.
Sockoo (blushing, trembling): “…I… I-I can’t… Hajime-kun… you’re… so…”
Makoto: “Wait, is she—?”
Yu: “Oh no…”
Sockoo collapsed dramatically to her knees.
Sockoo: “I’VE BEEN TOTALLY DEFEATED BY MY FAKE HOT BOYFRIEND—!!!”
Real Hajime (watching from the audience) turned bright red, his face steaming, waving his hands frantically.
Hajime: “W-Why me?! Why am I shirtless?! I’d never say that! I can’t even cook spaghetti!! R-RAAAAGE ON DESU!!!”
Daka slapped his forehead.
Daka: “We’ve lost both of them.”
Emily facepalmed next to him.
Emily: “Two idiots. Just two adorable idiots.”
Jessica giggled.
“Honestly, I can’t even be mad.”
Meanwhile, Nina floated above them, laughing elegantly.
Nina: “What a weak link~ Your minds are so easily distracted. I expected better.”
Yu clenched his fists.
Yu (quietly): “Okay… enough of this…”
He stepped forward, his aura beginning to pulse.
“If illusions are your thing… I’ll erase them all.”SCENE CONTINUES – NINA VS YU: THE UNTHINKABLE BREAKTHROUGH]
As Sockoo lay in dramatic defeat from Illusion Hajime and Makoto continued arguing about anime references—
Yu stepped forward.
Quiet. Calm. Terrifying.
His eyes slowly glowed with a dim golden hue, his aura expanded like a gravitational pull.
Yu (softly): “That’s enough. I’ll clear the illusions… All of them.”
He slowly raised his hand—
Yu: “—Activate: Infinity Magic.”
BOOM.
A dome of absolute magical control exploded outwards.
All illusions were instantly sliced in half and vanished. The battlefield became eerily silent. Nina’s roses crumbled to ash. Her fake illusions dispersed.
Makoto, Sockoo, even Nina stood frozen.
Makoto: “He actually did it. He erased everything.”
Sockoo (still blushing): “…my Hajime is gone…”
Yu (firmly): “There. Now it’s just reality.”
But Nina just smirked.
Nina: “Impressive. You’re cuter when you’re serious.”
She reached behind her—slowly—and drew a sleek, black blade wrapped in crimson cloth.
The moment it came out of its sheath—
Yu’s magic dome cracked.
Yu (alarmed): “…What…?”
With a single swing—
Nina’s blade shattered the edge of the dome.
A wave of nullification magic surged outward, and Yu’s aura visibly thinned.
Hajime (in the crowd): “Wait—NO WAY—!! That’s—!!”
Daka (jaw dropped): “An Anti-Magic Katana. That thing’s forbidden in seven worlds.”
Jessica (wide-eyed): “How the hell did she get that?!”
Emily (serious): “Yu’s in trouble…”
Yu dropped to one knee, clutching his chest.
Yu (strained): “You… nullified my Infinity Magic…? That’s not… possible…”
Nina gently touched the blade to her lips, smiling.
Nina: “Infinity is cute. But nothing beats zero. This blade eats magic. Including yours.”
Nina: “Let me introduce her… Void Kiss.”
She lunged.
For the first time in his life, Yu couldn’t rely on Infinity Magic.
He dodged—barely—and used physical movement to flip backward. A spark of fear was on his face.
Makoto (shaking): “She’s forcing Yu to fight without magic. That’s like making a bird fight without wings.”
Sockoo: “He’s never even trained for this…!”
Nina raised the katana again.
Nina: “I want to see what happens when the Infinity Mage becomes a mortal boy. Let’s dance, Yu.”SCENE CONTINUES — NINA VS YU, WITH MAKOTO & SOCKOO TRYING TO HELP]
Nina’s anti-magic katana gleamed under the arena lights, her gaze fixed on Yu, whose magic was completely suppressed. Every time he tried to restore even a sliver of Infinity Magic, the katana’s presence devoured it.
Yu (breathing heavily): “My spells… won’t charge…”
Nina charged again—but—
BANG BANG BANG!
Three rapid gunshots echoed across the field—Makoto, standing firm, aiming with his signature dual pistols.
Makoto: “BACK OFF!”
But—
CLANG—!!
Nina spun, swatting every single bullet away with her katana like she was slicing paper.
Makoto (eyes wide): “What—?!”
Nina (smirking): “Magic bullets? Cute. But not today.”
She twirled the blade like a conductor’s baton and flung the last deflected bullet back — Makoto barely ducked in time.
Makoto: “Okay that one was on me—!”
From the side—
Sockoo (yelling): “MAKOTO YOU MORON!! You brought MAGIC bullets to fight an ANTI-MAGIC user?!”
Makoto (nervous laugh): “I didn’t pack regular bullets! I didn’t think I’d need them!”
Sockoo (angrily marching over): “You NEVER think! Why not just bring a water gun next time?! Or throw pebbles like a caveman?!”
Makoto: “Hey, pebbles can work if you throw ’em hard enough!”
Sockoo (gritting teeth): “You’re gonna get Yu killed!”
Meanwhile, Yu ducked a slash from Nina, his body slipping low and delivering a clean elbow to her stomach. She slid back, still composed.
Nina: “Ooooh, you’ve got good instincts without your magic too~.”
Yu wiped sweat off his brow.
Yu (thinking): “If I can’t use magic… I’ll have to fight like Hajime. Like a brawler…”
He entered a low stance, focused on physical movement.
From the stands, Hajime nodded proudly.
Hajime (grinning): “That’s right, Yu. No powers. No tricks. Just fists, skill, and grit.”
Daka (crossing arms): “He’s adapting. Slowly. But it might be enough.”
Jessica (smirking): “Makoto definitely isn’t helping though.”
Back in the field—
Makoto: “Okay I need a new plan—anyone got normal bullets?”
Sockoo: “You know what?! Give me your gun. I’ll throw it like a boomerang—probably more useful.”
Makoto: “NO that’s my favorite one!!”
Yu narrowed his eyes.
Nina raised her blade once again.
The battle without magic was only beginning…SCENE CONTINUES — SOCKOO JOINS THE BATTLE]
With magic failing and Yu’s Infinity Magic completely countered, Sockoo’s sharp eyes narrowed. She clenched her fists, her catlike pupils shrinking with determination.
Sockoo: “Long-range ain’t cutting it. Time to bring the claws in.”
Her hair bristled, her eyes glowed red-orange, and her nails extended into sharp burning claws.
Sockoo: “Fiery Cat — Ignite Form!”
A burst of heat exploded around her, and flames danced like fur over her body as she launched herself into the fray.
Makoto (from the side): “Whoa! Sockoo wait—!”
But Sockoo was already gone, zigzagging through the air like a wild ember. Nina smirked as several illusions of herself bloomed around the battlefield in a circle, all holding the anti-magic katana.
Nina (echoing from every direction): “Can you find the real me, kitty cat?”
Sockoo (grinning): “Doesn’t matter. I’ll burn them all.”
She lunged, aiming a spinning kick at one Nina illusion—
CRACK!!
Makoto (offscreen): “WAAUGH—!”
SMASH!
Sockoo’s foot collided directly with Makoto’s face, sending him flying into a pile of rocks like a ragdoll.
Sockoo (blinking): “…Huh?”
Makoto (muffled, face in dirt): “That illusion had… glasses…”
Sockoo (face falling): “OH MY GOD—MAKOTO?!”
She rushed over and crouched next to him—
Makoto (wobbling): “Why…why do your kicks feel like bricks covered in fire…?”
Sockoo (embarrassed, panicking): “I thought you were her! Why are you even standing like that?! What kinda guy stands like Nina?!”
Makoto (still dazed): “I was…posing dramatically…”
From the stands—
Hajime (facepalming): “…That’s the second time Makoto got team-attacked today.”
Daka (sighing): “He’ll need a whole hospital wing just for friendly fire.”
Meanwhile, the real Nina twirled behind Sockoo, katana drawn.
Nina (smiling): “Adorable teamwork~ But I’m afraid you let your guard down.”
Before she could slash, Yu intercepted her, delivering a clean kick that knocked her back.
Yu (dead serious): “Stay away from them.”
Sockoo (grateful, panting): “…Yu…”
Makoto (groaning, twitching): “…I think I bit my tongue…”
Sockoo: “Good! You deserve it!”
Illusions swirled again, and the next wave of the fight was about to begin.
