Nautika packed her things. Boonie told her she didn't need to bring much because she would be given money to buy things she needed at the dorm.

  Nautika carried her suitcase. They said goodbye to her family, which Elise naturally found hard to let her go. Nautika was wearing light brown-coloured trousers, a shirt, and a beige jacket.

  Boonie opened a portal. It looked like a door with a purplish glow. They entered the portal and passed through a rather dark hallway. At the end of the hallway, there was a bright light. Nautika looked around, wondering how they had suddenly found themselves in the hallway.

  Boonie, sensing her confusion, finally spoke up. "At the end of the hallway is the Vienstorian. This hallway has a detector so evil creatures can't enter the Vienstorian through the portal. If they enter through the portal, they will be caught walking down this hallway," Boonie said.

  Nautika nodded in understanding. "Ah, that makes sense."

  "Come on, let's quickly walk to the Light, we'll soon reach Vienstorian," said Boonie.

  Nautika walked quickly toward the light, and Boonie flew beside her. Strangely, the light was dazzling. As she walked into the light, she closed her eyes, and when she opened them, she found herself in a beautiful city with grand and luxurious buildings. Her eyes sparkled with awe.

  Boonie nodded. "Welcome to Vienstorian! This is Vientium! Where the Ethergeist resides!" Boonie said. "We'll buy the supplies you need for your stay at the dorm, then we'll head to the Ethergeist!" Boonie opened a small portal, and a cute little white creature appeared. It looked like a sugar glider, but it could actually fly for long periods like a bird. The animal's name was a Sugarpuff, a magical creature that could be used to store money! They were far more trustworthy than any bank.

  "This is a Sugarpuff! Well, your money is with that Sugarpuff named Woonie! You have 700 Morventine," said Boonie.

  Nautika grabbed Woonie, who was flying next to Boonie. Woonie had a small body like a typical sugar glider, but how could she hold so much money?

  "How could she keep so much money? Where did she put it?" Nautika asked in surprise.

  "Ah, I keep the money in my magic pouch. No one can see it but me!" said Woonie. "Let's buy everything you need!"

  Nautika, Boonie, and Woonie went to various places to buy anything they might need while at the dorm. Nautika noticed that many people also had seltzer and Sugarpuffs, it seemed they were also prospective Ethergeist students.

  "They're prospective Ethergeist students too! You can introduce them if you want!" Boonie said.

  Nautika shook her head, "Ugh, I'm embarrassed," she said. Especially since she was from Wald Isle, the poorest part of the country.

  They went to a stationery store. Nautika saw a nice pair of dark blue shoes with gold trim. She reached for them, but someone snatched them before she could touch them. She looked at the person. It was a girl with long dark green hair with bright green highlights, green eyes, and a crow with red eyes perched on her shoulder. she has a slightly brownish skin tone.

  Nautika looked at her in surprise, sensing the girl had spoken to her in an annoying tone. "Really?"

  "Yes, take them."

  Nautika took the shoes from her hand, and the girl walked away. Nautika immediately called out to her. "What's your name? Are you also a prospective student at the Ethergeist?" she asked.

  The girl turned and nodded. "Yes, me too. My name is Rainer Emerald Venyce. Just call me Rainer. What's your name?" ask her.

  Boonie, flying near Nautika, spoke, pointing to a beautiful girl with long, pink hair. "Look, she's from Mystique Island," Boonie said. "Do you know about Mystique Island?" Boonie asked Nautika.

  Nautika nodded. "Yes, I know. Are there many Mystique students in the Ethergeist?" she asked.

  "Not many, just a few, student that came from Mystique island" Boonie replied.

  Nautika, who had never met anyone from Mystique Island, walked up to the pink-haired girl and smiled. "Hi, my name is Nautika Starlette Wyenson, a prospective Ethergeist student." Nautika greeted the girl.

  The girl smiled. She had long pink hair and amethyst eyes. "I'm Phoebe Shineclaire Mystiqueira. Just call me Phoebe. I'm also a prospective student at the academy." She replied softly.

  "Would you like to join me and my friend? We can buy our supplies together?" Nautika offered.

  Phoebe nodded in agreement. "Yeah, besides, I only have two magical animals with me; I don't have any friends yet."

  Nautika, Rainer, Phoebe, and the magical animals flying behind them walked to the shops and bought things. Boonie said that when they were finished, they could immediately go to Ethergeist through the portal that each seltzer would open. Each seltzer can only open a portal for one student they've been assigned to escort to the academy.
