As planned, I spent all morning today on creating a new batch of wine using all five pots of cherry tomatoes plus the overgrown nut sample from yesterday.

  This time, however, instead of splitting the nuts into separate pots and spitting on each of them to promote fermentation, I mixed all available ingredients, squeezed them up into one big pot full of juice, and smothered them up for several hours using the remaining heat-fire after I had my eternal soup lunch.

  By taking my time to prepare this batch, I seriously wanted the end result to be somewhat better than the previous one, especially in the longevity department. Using the general purification trait of fire, by heating the batch, I hope that this batch would be able to stay longer in storage, and the slime won’t be as stimulated as the time I dumped the failed first batch on them.

  In retrospect, I shouldn’t have used my spit to promote fermentation in the first place. Just because I heard that some tribes from the eastern region use their own spit to make the famous Lacratian wine, I just thought… maybe… you know… the stars somehow aligned for me or something, but it was an oversight.

  After praying for this new batch and the usual digging session, in the evening, I took my time to look around the ancient library again. Since there’s no book here that’s obviously screaming “Read me! I contain all the information that you want about this place” from their appearances—aside from the “Farm.” grimoire, and “All You Need to Know About ‘Farm’ Farming” book that I’ve read previously, of course—I chose the one that interests me the most the second I laid eyes upon it.

  “In Regards of Slime.”

  After I skimmed through it, it’s a book related to slime farming.
