Chapter 64: Jelly-Bliss-Bite

  ******

Meesha was sitting on the couch, her eyes fixed on the TV screen as she flipped through channels with look of mild disinterest. Then, she heard the door open.

As soon as she saw Xanqer, her face lit up with a radiant smile, and she sprang to her feet.

She ran to him, her long hair bouncing behind her like a waterfall. Xanqer smiled, opening his arms to envelop her in a warm hug. But instead of launching herself into his arms, Meesha dodged him and snatched the packet of Jelly-Bliss-Bite from his hand.

Xanqer's eyebrow shot up in surprise as Meesha exclaimed, "Thank you!" and took off towards the kitchen, leaving him standing alone in the living room.

He watched her go, a mixture of amusement and curiosity on his face.

As he followed her into the kitchen, he found her rummaging through the packet of JBB.

Meesha's eyes sparkled as she pulled out a biscuit and took a bite. Her eyes closed in rapture, and a soft "mmm" escaped her lips.

Xanqer leaned against the kitchen counter, his eyes fixed on Meesha as she ate. "It seems you wanted the biscuit more than you wanted me," Xanqer said, his deep voice tinged with amusement.

Meesha's eyes flicked open, and she looked at him, her voice laced with an hint of whine. "I was really bored, and I missed you so much."

She took another bite of the biscuit, her eyes closing in bliss once more. Then, she opened her eyes and stretched out the packet to Xanqer. "Here, have one. It's really good," she said, her voice laced with an hint of persuasion.

Xanqer raised an eyebrow, his expression skeptical. "No, thanks," he said, his voice firm.

Meesha's face lit up with a smile. "More for me, then," she said, and proceeded to devour the rest of the biscuits.

Xanqer watched her, a mixture of amusement and fascination on his face. He couldn't help but be drawn to her carefree spirit, her joy in the simple things in life.

As Meesha finished the biscuit, she looked up at Xanqer excitedly. "Come, I have something to show you."

She shoved two biscuits into her mouth before grabbing Xanqer's hand and pulling him towards the kitchen's floor-to-ceiling window. She pushed the window open, and a warm breeze wafted in, carrying the scent of blooming flowers.

Meesha stepped out onto the balcony, Xanqer following close behind. But as they emerged into the evening sunlight, Xanqer realized that this was no ordinary balcony. It was a spacious room, filled with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The sunlight poured in, casting dappled shadows on the floor.

Meesha turned to him, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Isn't it beautiful? I spent so much money on fake grass."

Xanqer's gaze swept the room, taking in the intricate details of the fake garden.

"It's...okay," Xanqer said, his voice neutral.

Meesha smiled then she plopped down onto the grass, stretching out her arms and legs. "Xanqer, the grass is really comfy," she said.

She patted the grass next to her, gesturing for Xanqer to join her. Xanqer raised an eyebrow, his expression skeptical. But Meesha's infectious smile eventually won him over, and he lay down next to her on the grass.

Meesha smiled at him, her eyes sparkling. "It's comfy, isn't it?"

Xanqer's gaze met hers, and for a moment, they just looked at each other, the only sound the gentle rustle of the wind through the fake garden. Then, Xanqer's expression softened, and he nodded, a small smile playing on his lips.

Xanqer said, "Yes. It's comfy," his voice low and husky, sending a shiver down Meesha's spine. "But I know what would make it even comfier," he added, his eyes glinting with mischief as he gazed at Meesha.

Meesha's curiosity was piqued, and she looked at him with a questioning expression. "What's it?"

Xanqer's smiled slyly as he moved closer to Meesha, his body inching beside hers. Then, he nestled his head on Meesha's breast, adjusting his cheek to fit snugly against her soft curves. His eyes closed in satisfaction. Meesha's face flushed with a delicate blush, and she laughed, her voice tinged with playful reprimand. "Xanqer, you're too naughty."

Xanqer's eyes remained closed, but a sly smile spread across his face. "I'm just trying to get comfortable," he said, his tone innocent, but his words laced with a hint of seduction.

Meesha chuckled and shook her head. She placed her hand on Xanqer's head, stroking his hair.

Just then, Meesha remembered her Jelly-Bliss-Bite. Her eyes lit up with excitement, and she jumped to her feet. "I'll be right back," she said, running back into the house.

Xanqer watched her go, a smile still playing on his lips.

A few moments later, Meesha returned, munching on a biscuit. She sat down beside Xanqer, folding her legs underneath her. Xanqer smiled and couldn't help but rub her hair.

Meesha's eyes sparkled as she smiled at Xanqer. After, her attention diverted back to her Jelly-Bliss-Bite. She didn't eat the biscuits again. Instead, she opened the biscuit and licked off the jelly in the middle. Then she left the biscuit without eating it, her eyes closing in rapture as she savored the taste.

Xanqer watched her, a look of serenity on his face as he watched her eat with relish.

As Meesha ate, her hair kept catching in the wind and blowing all over her face. She pulled out a stretchy band from her pocket, stretching it to Xanqer. "Xanqer, help me tie my hair up," she said, licking off the jelly from a biscuit.
